UPDATE: The Scotland Missing Report is pleased to share that according to media sources John Bain was LOCATED during the early hours of May 22, 2017 in the North of Scotland area and was taken to hospital for assessment. We would like to thank everyone who assisted by sharing this report.
ORIGINAL ARTICLE: GLASGOW — The Greater Glasgow Police is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 60 year old John Bain out of the Glasgow, Scotland area.
John Bain was last seen by his family around 8:00 a.m. on May 21, 2017.
John has several different ailments which he is currently taking medication for his family are extremely concerned for his well being.
He is believed to be wearing grey polo shirt, blue outer jacket, blue jeans and grey trainers.
John is believed to be driving a white Vauxhall Vivaro van WR54 RHX which has the writing MITIE on the side.
Extensive enquiries are underway which have so far revealed that he may be in the Fort Augustus or Lochness area.
Inspector Edward Seery from Kirkintilloch Police Station said:
“It is out of character for John not to be in contact with his family and friends and he has never gone missing before.
“His loved ones are very worried about him and just want to know he is safe and well.
“If anyone has seen John or has any information or knowledge as to his whereabouts, please contact Police Scotland as a matter of urgency.
John is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: Caucasian.
• HAIR: Receding grey hairline.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 9 inches.
• OTHER: Heavy moustache.
