ORIGINAL ARTICLE: INVERNESS — Police Scotland is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 54 year old Steven O’Neil out of the Inverness, Scotland area.
Steven was last seen on August 18, 2017 at around 4:30 p.m.walking down Barnchurch Road approaching the roundabout at its junction with the A96 Inverness to Aberdeen Road. His intention was to camp but his whereabouts are unknown and there is some concern for his welfare. It is not known if he would use a campsite or wild camp. .
When he was last seen he was wearing a grey zip-up hoodie, dark outer clothing, a dark fedora hat, carrying a rucksack with a cooking pot tied to it, and a tent.
Steven is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: Caucasian.
• HAIR: Brown, short.
• HEIGHT: 6 feet 4 inches.
• WEIGHT: Medium build.
• OTHER: He wears glasses at times and is possibly unshaven. He speaks with a Glasgow accent.
